Animals: Small Animals

Thank you for wanting to adopt a rescued animal

Adoption is an exciting opportunity. Look at how to get started with the process.

PLEASE NOTE:  As with many rescues, organizations and businesses, COVID has hampered our progress with intakes fosters and adoptions.  In addition with so many people at home, we had a huge influx of applications for very few adoptables.  If you applied for a small animal that has been adopted and you are interested in new postings, please email us to let us know that you have already sent in an application.  We are behind and sorry for the inconvenience.

About Pluto, Luna & Pumpkin

Meet the 3 Amigas – Pluto (1.5 yrs), Luna (1yr) and Pumpkin (6 mths) are looking for a home together.  These girls are besties and love to wrestle and snuggle together.  They are very friendly and always want a little love when people come into the room.  They seem very gentle with human fingers and obviously have been well loved and cared for.

In order to adopt, please email using the contact form here and we will get back to you.  You must be able to provide a picture of intended housing so that we know our ratties will have plenty of space and enrichment to help them live long and happy lives.

About Olive

Olive came to us tiny and injured, but with lots of love and care from her foster parents, she has blossomed into a confident and sassy young bunny.  She is litter trained and is looking for an indoor home where she can be free range when supervised.  She tolerates being picked up but like most rabbits, does not like it and prefers to keep her feet on the ground at all times…except when she is binkying.  She is also very social and seems to want the company of other rabbits so she would be an ideal candidate to bond to a single bunny.  She also likes cats and will play ‘cat and mouse’ with her feline foster sister.

About Ratties!!

These young ratties are all sweet and are comfortable being handled.  With time they will get even more accustomed to snuggles.  These girls are about 4 months and used to being handled.

We always want rats to be adopted in pairs or to join an existing rat family.

In order to adopt, we want to see a picture of their cage so that we can be sure they will have enough space and enrichment.  Adoption fee is $10
